A born and raised prairie girl! I lived in a small town my entire life and I loved it there. So simplistic. But inevitably, I found out that I couldn't stay there forever. I needed to spread my wings and fly just like my favorite butterflies! And so I moved to Winnipeg, which I was hesitant about at first, but I ended up loving it there. But life likes to throw surprises at you, and a few months ago my husband and I moved back to Saskatchewan. I'm still having a hard time adjusting to the slower pace, and hopefully we won't be here for too long.

I feel kinda strange commenting on a stranger's blog, but I ran across it, and couldn't help myself. Some of your stuff just cracks me up, like this bit about the Fraggle Quotes and Leaf-Jumpin'. (I don't get to do a lot of leaf-jumpin' here--Phoenix, AZ, USA, but I remember all the excitement that autum brought me back in Missouri--school; it was tons of fun!) Thanks for givin' me a smile.
